Hassle-Free Return Policy

Returns must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date in a new and unused state. Blakeman’s Fine Jewelry will not accept any returns if the product shows signs of wear, usage, or has been altered from its original condition or size.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery date on unworn and unaltered watches from their original condition with all tags, warranty card included, and original packaging included.

Free return shipping is limited to a maximum of one return per item. Returns may take one to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Special Orders

All special orders need to be placed in person, or via phone or email and require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price. Orders cannot be canceled or amended after 24 hours of placing the order. Changes or cancelations made to special orders outside the initial 24-hour period are not eligible for a refund or refund of the deposit. Please note that all special charges are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Holiday Return Extension

If you have placed your order on or after November 15th, 2021, your return window is extended to January 6, 2022, or 30 days after your purchase.

Custom Orders

Custom orders cannot be placed on-line. They must be placed in the store with a sales associate. All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price upon the placement of the order. The remaining balance of the order is due at completion. No returns or exchanges are allowed on custom orders. All sales are final.

Returning Piercing Earrings

Earrings purchased and used for piercing cannot be returned or exchanged due to strict health standards. All earrings purchased with the intent of piercing are final sale.

How do I return or exchange an item?

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase and you’ve had your applicable item for less than 30 days, and it is in new or unworn condition, please follow the below steps.

Contact our online customer support team at (479) 845-0088 or [email protected]. You will receive a shipping label and instructions on how to send us your returned item via an email to the contact address on the order. Refunds will be issued once the item is received.

How long does it take for a return to be processed?

Our goal is to process your return as quickly as possible, so your funds can be returned to your account. All returns are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
