Our story
In 1987, Don & Lynn Blakeman opened Blakeman’s Fine Jewelry. Don and Lynn spent many years in the diamond industry before they decided to settle down and open their jewelry store with $5,000.00 in savings.
The goal was to build a family business and to be able to spend a lot of time with their family. Working decades alongside their two sons, Josh and Ben Blakeman, Don and Lynn accomplished just that and more. Blakeman’s Fine Jewelry has always done and always will do the right thing.
Today, President Ben Blakeman stresses his family’s values of ethics and transparency as an essential characteristic of the business. You will notice when you enter our store, our jeweler’s workroom and the entire space is open and comfortable. You can browse through the elegant jewelry at your leisure and a Blakeman Family Team Member is on the premises to answer your questions. We will always work to delight all of our customers and look forward to seeing you soon!

You’ll notice, when you enter our store, our jeweler’s workroom and that the entire space is open and comfortable. This transparency is an essential characteristic of our business.
